Resiliency Retreats
If you serve in a highly-relational vocational role, chances are you know what it's like to be running on autopilot or empty. Although your work with people is rewarding, you may sometimes touch symptoms of burnout or feel disconnected from the sense of wellbeing and resiliency.
Glasswing Creative offers a variety of retreats, workshops, and resources to support renewal and promote practice-based wellness. The inspiration, healing, and soulfulness you experience on retreat then trickles into your life and work.
Nourishment
Glasswing Creative Retreats aim to connect those serving in relational roles prone to burnout with the resources inherent within themselves, through embodied and creative practices, as well as through connections with nature, the Divine, and growth-minded community. Central to all events are healthy, homemade meals/snacks and poetic facilitated conversations prepared with love by Sheersty.
Attending individuals are encouraged to get curious about what is nourishing to them and to participate in electives or take space according to what they need in the moment.

The Art & Science of Resiliency
Leveraging scientific evidence on the therapeutic benefits of our connections with nature, spirituality, expressive arts, mind-body practices, and community, Glasswing Creative's magic lies in its experiential, practice-based resiliency model. Through small group experiences offered in 3-hr, 6-hr and 2-day/2-night formats, individuals participate in electives to replenish, build self-awareness and presence, and experiment with incremental lifestyle changes that can make a lasting difference.

Each retreat offers fresh voices, new electives, themes, questions, and poetry, as well as familiar old favorites, so individuals may benefit from repeat attendance. Retreats can be incorporated as or inspire resiliency rhythms, the structures "growers & givers" put in place to stay feeling well and showing up for all the people they love and serve.
