Women's Intentions Winter Retreat

Lightly-facilitated in-person retreat with electives for connecting with nature, the Divine, creative and embodied practices, and other women doing deep work. Thematic focus on setting intentions and practicing resourcing for the year ahead. Circle times and nourishing homemade foods and cozy beverages in a beautiful home countryside setting support the blossoming of authenticity in community. Come experience the resonance of feeling generously cared for, relaxed, and deeply connected!

Electives (all optional) include reflection prompts and facilitated conversations; breath work/meditation/sound; journal-making; and hiking trails and lakeside (weather-permitting). Individual massages or other body work will also be offered onsite for an additional fee, first come, first serve.

This retreat is designed for women in helping and healing roles and open to any woman seeking to tend herself more abundantly in the new year.

All participants are required to sign a waiver upon registration.
