The Characters Inside Us Workshop
Time & Location
About the Event
A 3-hour introductory, experiential workshop exploring - through metaphor, creative processing, and improv/embodied practice - the different parts that make up our selves. These characters might include an inner critic, victim, clown, parent/protector, risk taker, and many others. As in a play, some characters take the lead role and others are kept backstage. Learning about and relating with our parts kindly can lead to more conscious and balanced living (and a better show!) as we applaud for certain characters and then help them step aside so others can also shine. This workshop will be held outdoors - details to follow. Limited to 9 participants. Fee is pay what you can/want (suggested range $45-120).
